Contractor’s End of Year Home Warranty

If you have bought a new home, you probably have a contractor’s home warranty that will expire within 1 year. Sometimes 2 Years. Before the time frame expires, you will want to have a End of Year home warranty inspection to document any defects. Once the report has been completed then you can provide the inspection to the contractor to correct the issues prior to the contractors home warranty expires.
